There are some types of the olive oils, which are very useful making the pizza sauce tasty & spicy. First, one is the southwestern sauce that is used in the pizza sauce with herbs like cummin and black pepper, garlic & oregano. This type of southwestern sauce is used to make pizza sauce recipes.

The second type of olive oil is California oil sauce is used to make pizza sauce with garlic, oregano, basil, chili flakes.

The third type of olive oil is the Garlic oil & this is used in the pizza sauce by infusing olive oil with garlic. There are various recipes of pizza sauce is available by using the garlic oil.

There is one type of pizza sauce called as Canning pizza sauce. We can preserve the sauce by using this pizza sauce in any season of the year. There is the benefit of the canning pizza that we do not see in the freezing pizza sauce. This benefit is that we can keep this canning pizza sauce in the garage & the barn also.

Pizzas are one of the most commonly found dishes through out the globe. Pizzas are on of the most highly consumed dishes in the world. In a common mans definition pizza can be termed as a round, baked dish which has a variety of toppings on it.

Pizzas can be various shapes and sizes and are available in a lot of variety.
Pizzas now are available in almost all the corners of the world. They come in a variety of types; the list of the types of pizzas is a non-ending.

Pizzas-ingredients used
Various types of vegetables and herbs are used over the crust of the pizza which makes it much tastier.
Salt, sugar and yeast is used for the preparation of the pizza base or commonly called as the crust.
Basil, pepper, oregano may also be added on the pizza base to increase its taste.

Sauce, which helps to add taste to the pizza is often spread on the pizza. The sauce used is mostly made up of tomatoes and even ketchup or garlic paste is used.

Cheese especially the Mozzarella is spread in the form of a layer to make the pizza more tasty. This type of cheese is generally used in the melted form.

Fresh tomato or the onions slices may be spread on the pizza base.

Meat in the form of fish, chicken, pork may also be used as toppings for the pizza.

Now a day ready mix is also available in the market, all the individual needs to do it spread the ready mix over the pizza base and bake the pizza.

Pizza-Preparation and servings
There are various ways for the preparation of the pizza. Generally the pizza base or the crust is baked on the oven. Some times the slices of the pizzas are directly bakes on the hot bricks or on the hot screen which is made up of round metal and the material used is aluminum.

The serving of the pizza may be made in the pan itself so the pizza remains hot for a longer time. The pans used for the pizzas are generally black in color and they are of non-sticky type. However making the pizzas may or may not be complicated. It depends upon the quality of the pan and other related factors.

There are various factors for which pan are generally used for the preparation. Following are some of the factors:-
Non-sticky nature of the pan makes it easy to prepare and serve.
The pans have a better heat absorbing capacity due to the black color and material used for making the pan.
It becomes very convenient to prepare the pizza in the pan.

Now a days people all over the world prefer to consume pan pizzas (i.e. the pizzas served in the pans) as they are much better in taste, the restaurants generally make the pan pizzas form the fresh dough, the pizzas remain hot for a longer time.
